Description of Service

DT FeatureMe is a platform that connects creatives, entrepreneurs, and experts (interviewees) with journalists, podcasters, and media hosts (interviewers). We facilitate these connections through monthly matching emails based on profile information provided by users.

Account Types and Fees

Interviewee Accounts: Individuals seeking to be featured pay a monthly subscription fee of $5.00 USD. This subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled, paused, or modified at any time through your account settings.

Interviewer Accounts: Media professionals seeking guests can create free accounts with no subscription fees.

User Obligations

You agree to:

Subscription and Billing

Interviewee subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial months.

Matching and Connections

While we strive to facilitate meaningful connections, we do not guarantee that you will receive or make any specific number of connections. The quality and quantity of matches depend on various factors including your profile completeness, preferences, and the availability of compatible users.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and share that content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service itself, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by DT FeatureMe and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcomes of connections made through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DT FeatureMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
